I began my yoga journey in 2003 in Rolla, Missouri. My mission is to help others find satisfaction with mystical awareness, inner strength, self-confidence, and inner peace.
I believe that yoga is the relationship that is built between the body, the mind, and the breath. Yoga is creating space free from obstacles in your body to live. Yoga is freedom and release, when one feels good, has clearer thoughts, giving a positive impact on all aspects of one’s life.
I created Yoga To You to bring yoga to the comfort of your home or office, giving a non-judgmental, compassion-centered experience for you.
I have more than a decade of physical education and yoga experience; I maintain certifications in Yoga Fit I and Yoga Alliance 200 hr program and am currently completing my Yoga Alliance 500 hr certification. I also have a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Master’s Degree in Education.

This yoga session is designed for up to 6 people for a one hour session in your desired location. You can expect the same attention, instruction, and objectives that we use in our individualized session. Each participant will be involved, achieve success, and will be comfortable.
The overall goal for each of the group members is to help them become familiar with yoga and its benefits. This is done in an atmosphere which allows our clients to have their personal support system, family, friends, and loved ones enjoying the art of yoga together.
Yoga is a LARGE community all over the world. I strongly believe it is something that can and should be shared and experienced by all.
I know not everyone has as much time as they would like. I created this program for those with limited time who still want maximum results. Yoga at work is ideal because it may help reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and lower your heart rate.
This session involves us coming to your location for 30 minutes allowing you to have that mid-day break to stretch, clear your head, relax, and enjoy the benefits.

We believe that there is much to gain in incorporating yoga into your every day life, however, you can maximize the true potential by sharing, communicating, and vocalizing the impact, effects, experience, and benefits with your chosen community.

I have a passion for helping everyone increase their flexibility and awareness of their body. I strive to share yoga with seniors and differently abled individuals through a unique type of yoga that uses a chair instead of a yoga mat.
I can lead a 30 or 60 minute yoga session using a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on, or standing using a chair for support. Some of the benefits of chair yoga include: regaining balance, improved sleep quality, reduced depression and stress, help controlling blood sugar, enhanced respiratory function, pain alleviation, increased bone density, balance improvement, and more.
